Xiaomi Mi A2 Review
Shomai had introduced Mi A1 as a mid-range device last year, which was the first smartphone with stock-android on behalf of the company. In the device offered under Google's Android One program, you also get Google's confidence with Shawmie's best hardware. The fans of Mi liked this device very much and since then everyone was waiting for the upgrade variant of A1, which the company has launched in Spain on 24 July.
Yesterday Xiaomi launched the upgraded version of its stock Android Mi A1 Mi A2 in India, which is available for pre-order on Amazon. We have been using this device for a long time and now we have brought for you a detailed review of Xiaomi Mi A2:
Yesterday Xiaomi launched the upgraded version of its stock Android Mi A1 Mi A2 in India, which is available for pre-order on Amazon. We have been using this device for a long time and now we have brought for you a detailed review of Xiaomi Mi A2:
Xioami Mi A2 Review: Design and Display
Shaomi has not made any special changes in design this time too. The Mi A2 also looks very similar to the Mi A1, but here you will find some things like the Redmi Note 5 Pro, such as the dual rear vertical camera setup. On the back of the device, you have been given a dual camera setup similar to the Redmi Note 5 Pro, in which LED flash is given between the two sensors.
Keeping in mind the modern trend, the Mi A2 also has a display with an 8: 9 ratio. In the Mi A2, the 5.99-inch FHD + display on the front is given with 2160X1080p resolution, which has a pixel density of 403ppi. Along with the display, you are also given Gorilla Glass 5 protection and you will get enough bezel to see the top and bottom of the display.
On the back side you have been given a Curve Metal Beak Plate which is also slightly curved on the edges. Like the Mi A1, here the U-shaped antenna bands are given on the top and bottom side, which gives a good look to the device. It is worth noting that Mi A2 is just 7.3mm thin, which makes the phone quite comfortable.
There is a fingerprint sensor on the back side, while the chemo has an on-screen navigation button in front of the Mi A1, in India this device will be available in Black, Blue, Gold, and Rose Gold option. In our personal opinion, the Mi A2 seems a bit attractive compared to other phones in the affordable category. To test the strength of the phone, we pressed the phone back and forth with the help of thumbs in the middle, so this phone proved to be successful in this test. But despite this, a TUP back cover is also provided with the phone and will suggest using it.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Revue: Hardware
In Mi A2, you will see a lot of changes compared to Mi A1. It has an Adreno 512 GPU with 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 mobile processor, which clearly means that it will be the most powerful Android One device ever offered by Xiaomi. The Snapdragon 660 is capable of performing quite well and given the performance of the Vivo X21 (review) and Nokia 7 Plus (review), this chipset will not disappoint us any further.
In India, Shawmi Mi A2 has been introduced with 4GB and 64GB storage, but the launch event has said that 6GB Ram Warren will be made available for sale in India soon. But the absence of a micro SD card slot here surprises us a lot.The Mi A2 has a mono speaker grille at the bottom with USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.0 and IR blaster. But Xiaomi has not provided a 3.5mm audio jack here. Yes, Shaomi has not given 3.5mm audio jack and micro SD card slot in Mi A2.
Talking further, in the Mi A2, you have been supported by Dual SIM Dual VoLTE. The phone has a Quick Charge 3.0 support charge in the box with a 3,010mAh battery, but the Mi A2 also gives you Quick Charge 4.0 technology support, so if you have a Charger with Quick Charge 4.0, you will find the device much faster Can charge from
Xiaomi Mi A2 Revue: Software
In most of the devices, Xiaomi uses MIUI custom skin but here you are given Android One OS. With the support of Google's Android One program, there is no scope for any additional applications in the device. Here only this application is given to Mi Remote, Mi file manager and Mi Drop.
Like other Android One devices, Mi A2 also gives you the promise of getting regular updates for 2 years. It simply means that you will get the OTA update for Android P and Android Q, but how many days after the introduction of Google will get this update, nothing can be said about it.As you may remember, this was promised at the time of launch of Mi A1 but it took a lot of time to get OTA updates, and when there were updates, there were a lot of bugs, due to which the experience of using the device was a bit disappointing. . We hope that with Xiaomi MI A2, you will also improve the record of giving updates.
